Since my question was erased in the classifieds, I'll start a new post here. I need to know a fair price on the 225dx. Yami guys?

Up in central NY it would probably bring around $800.

Depends on area/ demand, etc. I would probably pay 800-900. I'm selling mine soon. It looks pretty good. I hope to get at least 800 for mine.

Like said above it depends on the area and time of the year. My friend just bought one last week for 350$ (Canadian). Its a bit rough, so i guess that 500 to 700$ (can) would be fair for a top shape one.

Darn! Wish you didn't live in TX! That bikes sweet! You should be able to get a $1000 for it. If not, I know those plastics and reverse lever would go for big $$$$ on eBay!

Oops, I just noticed it said reverse on it! It's rare to see a blue dr! That decal set looks custom also, unless it's an 86. An 86 alone would raise the price. A lot of parts bring awesome money. Alot of guys are looking for rear ends. They go for 100 easily. Plastics are in high demand also. I'm sure you'd get a ton for em, plus that rack, it looks nice, and seems to hold stuff in better. I was thinking of parting mine out for some top dough, but thought that I'd keep the thing alive, and sell it to someone as a whole. :)

Also, the handlebars and brake levers are black, not chrome like on my 85 and earlier models. I do believe you've got an 86 there. Nice find for whoever got it!!
