okay, i was takin off my carb to fix a ceased choke cable.... and so i take everything off except the choke cable and when i tried to take the choke off, it wouldnt come out.. so i said okay screw it and then i put the throttle cable back in and bolted it all on, and when i was ready to go riding i pushed the throttle cable and it didnt spring back!!! what did i do wrong??? how do i remove the choke cable???
