hi im 16 and I currently own 5 trikes!I have a 86 250sx, 86 200x, 86 350x, 85 250es, and 85 125m. a little while ago I was thinking of selling all of them to get a yamaha raptor and im still debating what I should do! Do you think the value of these trikes will go up if I keep them or should I get rid of them while I can and get a newer machine! Let me know what you guys think!

Hey thats great, not many people have more than one trike thats in good condition, they are usually pretty beat up. But don't expect your trikes to grow in value, unless your planning on waiting about 20 years when people actually want them for their history, not old enough yet, but i suspect you could trade them all in and get a nice 400ex, unless you wana get a like, a 99 craptor, before they updated all the stuff that got recalled. But anyways, welcome to the site.

Don't buy a Raptor...I'm serious. My freind has one and I ride with him all the time. The only thing its good for is riding up and down paved roads since its geared internally to do 90mph... Sell everything but the 350X, and save for a little and get a GOOD condition late model ATC250R, Tecate, or a Z. I wouldn't reccomend a basket case cause while your working on it (And you will be, even after its done) you'll be saying "Man I wish I had a Raptor instead of this peice of junk". Raptors are OK, but their not really all their cracked up to be (In my opinon) and certainly isn't a match for a pinger. I can almost keep up with my friend on his Raptor (Full Pro-circuit T4 exhaust, suppose to have internal engine work before be bought it but probably bs) on my 87 TRX250R. It has ESR Pipe, and a TwinAir filter, THATS IT! And this is even in fields and stuff. In the woods he's totally murdered.

Get yourself a good condition ATC250R, do a few suspension adjustments, maybe a pipe if it doesn't have one, and I think you'll be alot more happy.

Well you arent me, but I have a passion for trikes and wouldnt sell mine for a quad. They are a thing of the past and I love getting looks by other riders. Everyone likes to come to you and tell you about what they had when they were younger. I say keep as many as you can and if you have to sell only a couple to get a quad............peace
