All I ever see on Ebay are seat covers and crappy old used complete seats. I figured I could get a brand new frame, get some foam from the craft store, and get one of those new covers.

Not sure where you can get those old metal pans, but I do know you can get custom molded replacement foam and some nice covers form Hi-Flite in Cali....

I tried and gave up. The foam in you seat is fairly high density and craft stores don't sell it. I tried using what they sell and contact cementing several layers together to get the hight. Then I used an electric knife to try and shave/shape the seat to the old foam dementions. It kinda worked but when you sat on it all you could feel was the seat pan on your trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro. I junked the project after about $30 CND and a few good hour and ordered a new cover and foam from Travelcade/Saddleman. From my experiance just get on the phone and order the new seat. P.s they also sell new pans for some models. Here is a pic of my new seat.

I checked it out. That takes care of the cover and foam, but, they don't have the pan for it.

Anyone know where to get the pan?

The web address is:
www.saddleman.com/
They have complete seats with the pan for the ATC 110, 185/s, 200, 200m/e/es, and 250es They aren't cheap and I don't know what the pans look like. I just bought the foam with the cover installed and took it to a local upholsterer to install for $10. The seats with pans are $149 and the foam/covers are $82.95. The $82 is well spent for a comfortable ride!
