Anyone heard of Joe Ranney? (X-Racer)

A guy I work with was telling me, his brother used to race 200x "Back in the day." Anyone heard of Joe Ranney? From what I understand He used to race flat track at Indian Dune in Southern California. I guess he was pretty good.

Any feedback would be great.
