Gday,
Has anyone ever modified their utility trike in the way of performance? Pipe, Air filter, port & polish etc.
If so how much better did it run?
Thanks,
Matt

My brother put a 12:1 wiseco high compression piston kit in his 84 200S and it made a BIG difference.

Hahahahah, that bigred would fly! When i get my 250es i might put a few basic mods on it because ill have to do the top end in it anyway.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Matt

I would stay away from the 12:1 compression piston just because it needs 110 octane gas. I put one in my old 200s and it did pep it up a lot. My friend has a 200s with the 10.25:1 piston, cobra exhaust and moose filter and it is deffenitly an improvment over stock.

So if i change the stock piston to a high compression piston i wont be able to use pup fuel anymore?
Thanks,
Matt

The 10.25:1 compression should do fine with the premium pump gas but 12:1 compression needs raceing fuel. I didn't know this until after I had bought the 12:1 piston  .
