I need to get the bottom and top race (bearing) for the steering stem. Wwhere can i get them?

Are you replacing the bearings? I think the kits (like ALL BALLS) come with the top and bottom races. I have a kit but have not installed it yet. I believe these replacement races just "drop in". Are these parts not available from Honda?
