Lights not working on 350x

Hello everyone ! I was out at Dumont Dunes this past weekend, and on my way to Comp Hill on saturday night i lost all of my lighting on my 350x. Got back to camp VERY SLOWLY and found the problem. I have a broken wire leading to the regulator i believe. Its the little black box right behind the tailight. The wire broke right at the box, so there is not enough wire to splice it. I still do not have my service manual so i do not what it is called. Can anyone tell me what it is called, and does anyone have an extra for sell ? Thanks

voltage regulator i had the same thing happen to me i got lucky and their was enough wire to put it back together

You can use a after market voltage regulator. The bad news is that when the regulator went, it allowed the voltage to go way up and it probably blew out all your bulbs.
