no wonder why mine went, I thought 8 months of abuse did it. now I won't put any air in. The day they went I put 3 psi of air in and I contributed it to alot of abuse

Put a spacer between the top of the spring and the cap. You can make them out of PVC pipe of the correct diameter. I can't remember for sure, but I think mine are 1/2" tall. Any more than that and it's really hard to get the cap on.

That also works with 350X forks I assume??? Beings that I hear you can swap internals for more travel??? but wouldn't a spacer take away from travel?? I dono. I blew my seals on my last dune trip. I need to rebuild em so I needs all the advise on this subject as I can get as I've never ripped in to a set till, well, in a few days. :)

That tells you what works!!!!

most ppl think the air thingy is their to put ait in its not its to bleed the air out!

0 lbs air. When you compress the forks by jumping, etc, they will build pressure by themselves. You will blow you seals if you put too much in them. (as noted above.
