I recently bought this 3-wheeler and it will be needing some repairs/upgrades. I was wondering what parts inter-change between models, specifically front end parts ex: forks, fenders,axle/hub/brake assembly. Any info would be appreciated.

I think the 84-85 200m's have the same front end. I know the rear fenders are the same since I have 1 on my Big Red. As far as I know the rearend is that year/model only.

The 84 200m front end's are different. The only front ends that are a direct match are the 82-83 200e BigRed's and 1984 Big Red.

Front Fenders: The 200e, 200es, 200m will innerchange with no problem.

Rear Fenders: The 200e, 200es, 200m will all innerchange for the most part. The only difference is in the area around the sub tranny ( left side ). The left fender from the 200e & 200m's may need to have a small bit of plastic removed to fit on the 200es. The difference is in the Hi/Lo/Rev Sub assembly. The reason for this is the 200es sub tranny is bigger. The 200m doesn't have a sub tranny.

Front axles, hubs, ect: 200e - 200es is the only ones that match right up.

Rear axles: Only the 84 200es ones work. That year / model is different than all the others.

Rear Brakes: The brake shoes inner change with a bunch of ATV's. How ever the brake drum is different on the 84 200es. If you need a brake rear drum for it You can get another model one and modify it a little to make it work.

I hope I covered everything ( possibly more than needed ).

What you can do is put a 200s front triple tree/fork assembly on your Big Red 200es. I did on mine and it works alot better than the stock suspension. Hold on to that fender incase you do change the front end. Here's a pic of mine. My trike is a little dirty though. I think it looks better too.
