worked good since i run a uni filter on the carb, the gauge is like $10 at the parts store,and unlike the red light i can see the exact temp of the bike!!!! :-D

where did you mount the sensor?

the stock tri-z 's have a thermostat housing(look on the tank plastic) and the gauge has all different threads for various housings for cars ,so i found the right threads and removed the stock idiot light sensor,and screwed in the parts store one!

thats a very good idea. ive never see that done before. :clap now where do we put the fuel gauge lol

hey i kept blowing fuel pump diaframes,know what i used,oakley tear off lenses for goggles,and they work,and alot cheaper than factory parts!!last around two years!!!gas does not eat them!!!

Funny I was scheming on this idea over the last few weeks, after seizing yet another top end from an impeller failure. Im also working on an electric coolant pump to replace that miserable impeller system.
