I picked up the Scrambler Sunday. It was on ebay 2 weeks ago. Wow what a load. I've never seen an ATC so damn heavy(besides a quad). It sure did sit outside for a long time. Plastic is actually in pretty good shape except for a few scratches. The tank , frame, and exhaust need a repaint. Starts second pull and has good snap. I rode it about 3 miles(cold it was 25 degrees) I think it will be pretty good, but it will need a couple month restore. Oil injection is good. Sits really high compared to my 82 ATC200. I was wondering who else has one as I have a few questions

Howdy owns one. Ask him, I am sure he knows some stuff about them. Sounds like an alright trike. Good find.

Thanks, I've already stripped it down to just the frame and engine. I'm pretty excited about this project. I'm aiming for May 1st to have it completely done. I'm taking pics as I go. The Hondas in the shop are going to be lonely for awhile.

Thanks ! It's built more for power than for speed, but the day I got it my GPS said I was going 48/49 and I had a little bit more throttle to go . The problem is its hard to get used to riding it because it sits quite a bit higher than my 200 , and it rides so smooth it feels different.
