Aircooled project is DONE!!!

Finally got the time to finish it off tonight. I took it for a couple rips up and down the street. I can't wait to get out in the woods and take her on a spin! I really like the way it came out. The suspention is awesome! I installed progressive rate springs in the 85 frontend, and with the fox shock in the rear this thing should ride real nice. I'm glad its done, I'd like to thank everyone that helped out on parts for the bike, the board really came thru for me. :-D

9 inch ITP Wheels with Razr 2 6 ply tires
red label douglas front wheels with a kenda front max tire
The exhaust was ceramichromed I totally recommend doing this to your pipe. The pics don't do it justice.
Double row billet rear carrier
I've ordered a PRM rear skidplate
The front mastercylinder is off a 400ex
Renthal bars with Spyder grips
13/40 sprockets with a O-ring chain
new pivot bearings and steering neck bearings
progressive rate springs

Thanks for the complements guys! This bike was a real pain in the arse, I wish I would of kept track of the man hours on it. Twgranger it does sit up pretty tall, I think the fox shock makes it sit a little higher and I think I gained some elevation in the front also. This bike is going to have a ton of travel, were going up in the Central Oregon high dessert next week for vacation and I'd like to try it out over there and let it rip! But I'm not sure if I have enough room in the truck and trailer to take it. Haveta have the 350x around. and the darn kids want to take their trikes. plus I'd hate to have to work out the bugs on vacation.
