I was just given a ALT125 and told the carb was rebuilt but leaked. The unit did start right up but no rpm control and gas runs out the small black tube like it was free. Any help?

Sounds like your needle and seat are gone,just buy a carb rebuild kit or try giving it another cleaning.

It was probably not reassembled correctly. Your floats/needle valve are not working, which is causing your gas to run out. "No RPM control" is little vague to work with. When you push the throttle does nothing happen?
