Hey, I am wanting to get some experiences/opinions about the brands of sparkplugs they have found to work well in their tri-z. I am thinking about trying a different one and wondering what my options were. If you could include the Brand, plug/part number and the sparkplug gap I would really appreciate it. Thanks, David

I am thinking of going with NGK brand plugs but was wondering what the differences between standard, gold and platinum types are other than the price increases. Is there really that much difference performance in the 3 to justify getting the more expensive ones. Why is one better or worse than the other? Thanks DK

I run NGK BR8ES in all my 2-strokes. We don't have a lot of cold weather down here so I don't change plugs in the winter. Gap for the z is .03-.031 Inch.

Whatever you do, don't run a CHAMPION plug. I put one in my Z, blew it in 10 minutes. I run a NGK B8ES(non resistor type). Does good for me. I gap mine anywhere between .028 and .031.
