torque specs for TRI-Z ????

hey guys i just about have my engine back togethe rbut i need to know the head and cylinder torque specs.... i was going to just do it by feel but id rather do it the right way if im spending all the money.... lol i would know the specs but i sold my manual :D

Cyl. nuts:25 ft/lbs
head nuts:18 ft/lbs
Cyl head studs:10 ft/lbs

I did my cyl nuts by feel, no problem yet. My head nuts however I torqued down to 30 Ft/lbs, 18 is not a lot.

cant you ruin the head gasket by over torqueing the head nuts?
