filling tri z front shocks! help!

hi i carn't find in my hayns manual how much fluid to put into the front forks? does anyone know how many ml i should put in?

come on someone must know how much 10w oil i shpuld put in each tri z front fork??? pritty plz!!?

10w oil
fill tube with 11.3 USoz.
oil level should be 151mm (5.94in) from top of tube fully compressed without the spring.
