Swingarm bearing 200x

Anybody have any tricks to pull the swing arm bearings out...the ones by the swing arm bolt not the axle bearing...

Spare long swinger bolt from a junk machine. or long punch, heat and tap out, throw away and install delrin ones.

Weld a small bead on the inside of the outer bearing race to to get a good purchase for the punch to hit on. Also benefits as heating it up too.
