AT LAST IT'S ROLLING ON IT'S NEW DURABLUE AXLE JUST NEED A SPROCKET AND CARRIER TO COMPLETE THE REAR END...THEN A TOP END GASKET SET TO COMPLETE THE ENGINE REBUILD....THEN AN EXHAUST SYSTEM AND FINALLY........PAINT THE PLASTICS.......SO ANOTHER 6 MONTHS SHOULD SEE IT COMPLETED... :rolleyes: PSSSSSSSST...ANYONE GOT AN AFTERMARKET NICE EX SYS......

thats gonna look pretty sweet?? did you paint the upper forks black also?? They look good like that!

yeah i decided to paint the fork tube tops between the yolks..seemed like a good idea at the time until i tried to slide the tubes back into the yolks.....DOH.......scratchhhhhhhhhhh.....so repainted them again once fitted, i think they look ok and it should stop the rust for a few years...not very original i know but i'm not building it to original spec...... :twisted:

the boot were bought from a local mx spares shop £10 there for a honda cr 250 95/2000 but i think they look pretty cool on a yam.... ;)
