I took the carb bowl gasket out of my 250sx and put it in a Kawasaki enduro carb I was fixing for someone. The shape was a little different but it fit. I ordered a 250sx carb kit off of eBay and the bowl gasket is slightly too large. The shape is also a bit different but more importantly it’s just too long. I even tried freezing it to try and shrink it. I bought a rebuilt 250sx carb from someone on this site a couple years ago. I had sent them my original and after bench testing they said it was just too worn out to be calibrated so they sent me a fully refurbished unit and I’m not sure what year it is. I’m trying to attach a pic from my iPhone but it’s not working

The bowl gaskets are the same on all years 250sx and 250es. The number on the side of the carb can be decoded to tell what it was originally on. Search flying w on here. He has thread on carb rebuild and tell all the oe number applications.

I’m pretty sure that’s who I bought it off of. I’ll check the number on the carb thank you
