Popped into the not-local Hondahouse to order a one way bearing because I'm only going to replace it once.

Partsbro was like 'you need anything else for that machine?'

Apparently he found NOS fenders for my SX. Neat. Some dust, some minor scuffs but no cracking or anything like that.

Of course I bought them, and a few other things. It made me happy to walk out of there with them under my arm. Maybe one day when I stop working, I'll put them on and take the rack off the back. Until then, they can stay on my shelf, under a cloth.

Anyone know where to find a headlight guard now? :wondering

Nice sx fenders are impossible to find, let alone NOS ones. That's a crazy find. Congrats

In 2022, if I walk into a rando Honda shop looking for NOS ATC parts...

I found a tail light lens about a month ago in a "Honda ATV parts lot".

I was pretty psyched because they bring well over 100$ for that lens. And the fenders, wow, what a score...

I have a bunch of 250R guards I just need to powder, but the weather sucks.

We are suppose to sell one house and build me a big shop this spring, that will be a game changer, fingers crossed!!

Ordered some Meir fender flares for the rear fenders and got to polishing. Bought a buffer and went to town on it following the destructions posted elsewhere on site about how to fix plastics.

Tried a heatgun first on the underneath of it and wasn't impressed at all. Elbow grease (and a little SC1) won the day.
