Jetting Help Please!?

My Tecate is loading up in the low rpm range and at idle. It clears out when I open the throttle wide open for a few seconds. It seems to not load up when I'm going at 3/4 throttle or more. Will a smaller pilot jet help. Any suggestions are appreciated!
