atcheaven has fiberglass seat pans for the 185s. they advise that stables don't work, but recommends glue and pinch welds to hold the covers. what are guys doing for the front "hooks" that catches the rubbers on the frame if you dont have a rusted pan to salvage parts from? any other tips? thanks. jim

Strange that they wouldn't incorporate some shark teeth, etc., into the pan for the vinyl. I did a fibreglass pan for my 125m, then rivetted on strips of shark teeth I made out of galvanized sheet. Worked well, but labour intensive.

I either use rivets with a washer or a wafer head screw on fiberglass and steel pans .

I think the seat foam would keep that from happening.
