200m timing mark not lined up

Hey, I'm putting a 200m motor together. When I put the cam chain on the sprocket the timing marks lined up on the sprocket and the flywheel. After rotating the motor a few times the mark on the flywheel is a little past the index mark on the motor. The mark on the motor lines up with the T itself, not the index line next to the T. Is my timing off a tooth or is this correct?
