Hey guys, I have a chance to buy these forks, but the guy doesn't know exactly which model they're from. I'll probably take them either way, but I'd love to know what they're off of as it's a pretty long drive to get them. Is there any way to tell from the pic if they're off a 220s, 200e, 200es,250es, or 200m?

Thanks for any help, I appreciate it!

200M

Two quick things that give them away:

The top pinch bolts are below the cross brace. The 185S and 200S ones are about in line with the cross brace.

The lowers are leading axle. The 185S and 200S have a trailing axle (behind the legs).

If you can get the axle too, that'd be great. The top plate would be nice to get with them also, but they're not terribly expensive if you need to source one. The value in them lies in the ability to use them on the 200E and 200ES, which have terrible forks. To add the 200E/ES headlight mount and racks to the 200M forks take a little bit of fabrication and welding, but it's not much and it's a huge improvement over their stock unit. The bad part is 200M front fenders aren't available new OEM or aftermarket, but other fenders can be modified to work.

They may also be good on the early full rigid 185/200 that used 25x12x9 tires. I'm guessing they fit the early frames, but not 100% on that.

Oh wow, awesome! I really didn't think they'd be off a 200M. Great news!

So if I have a 200ES axle, that won't work with these? Or the top plate?

Thanks so much, I really appreciate the info! :)

You'll need the top plate and axle. 200ES parts won't fit.

Awesome info, thank you so much! Luckily I have an axle that will work, but I'll have to source the top plate. Fabbing up the headlight/rack mounts is no big deal.

Going to pick them up today. Thanks again! :)

Got 'em. Not even seized up. Not bad for $65 and a 35 minute drive.

Thanks again!
