Hello Fellas,

I am giving my 1984 ATC 110 some love as my original exhaust recently broke in half and is not repairable:lol:

So I was looking at aftermarket exhausts online and it looks like there is only one available (DG Performance)? Is this right and does anybody have any experience with this one? I liked having the 110 exhaust go through the middle (instead of the side) but at this point I just want to get this ATC back in the dirt.

Also with replacing the exhaust I should probably have to re-jet my carb. The 110 would be all stock minus the exhaust and UNI filter. Does going up two sizes seem right? If the stock main jet is 82, then does going up to an 84 sufficient?

Thanks!

I have no experience with a 110, but from what I've seen with bigger engines, 2 sizes is usually not enough. Jetting is a trial and error ordeal. There's no set jetting increase for a particular engine mod. It's try, try again, try one more time, it seems close now, nope still doesn't run quite right, try again, oops too far better back up some, well now it finally seems pretty good, and then read the spark plug to check your final results.

I would just try what you have with the new exhaust and then adjust if needed. It should perform fine with the stock jets..

Thanks for the feedback, I will try it stock and see how it runs. I figured with limited exhaust options on the 110 that this would have been fine tuned to a few different jet sizes.
