Nicholson 500x

Hey guys, just picked up a weird looking 3 wheeler that turns out to be a "Nicholson 500" or "500x" pretty cool. I can't find what carburetor rebuild kit I need. Its a PE10AARB keihin carb 36mm. Does anyone else have one of these? Are they rare? Thinking about restoring it to be really nice. It has an xr500 engine if that helps. Thanks! I'll post pictures when I can if needed.

Its raining sorry for the bad pics. There's the carb i need a rebuild for. I removed the plastics and tank to see the frame.

A great find for sure! I do not know much about them either but a few have them.

It looks like a pretty custom set up. Kind of like you bought the frame and swing arm to put your parts on. It looks like a first gen 250R front end to me. I'm guessing that the shock and linkage are from the XR500. I may be wrong on my guesses, but I still like the way that it looks. I think that it would make an awesome trail trike when you're done.

Well there's ads in Honda magazines to order one. So not homemade. Does anyone know anyone else with one of these? Or know Nick Nicholson himself? I'm really trying to find some info thanks!

What is the story on this bike? Where did it come from?
Do a search here. They are out there. There are a few members here who have Nick 500's. Most are unique and different. You basically have two different type. An early version and a later version. The early version is built around 185/200s components and the later version is based off 200x components. Nick Nicholson is still around....

I have the early 185s based one. I found it in WA but the guy said him and his brother lived in California and their mom bought this for them. It's titled and everything. Im almost done getting new bearings and the engine gone though/ painted the whole bike. Could you please tell me how to get into contact with Nick Nicholson? I've been searching for him I'd love to ask him about this thing! I'm excited to ride it! I upgraded the carb to an FCR and a new exhaust tip. Making it Black/ white theme.
