1985 Honda Big Red 250es - bring back from the dead build

Backstory: this is my second Big Red, first 250Es. I picked this one up at a auction of a elderly farmers estate. He bought it new. It’s all there just needs some TLC. I had it running on starter fluid before the tear down. No smoke or anything that would be a flag. I did find a little aluminum in the oil. I’m in the midst of replacing the the right clutch cover. The case was cracked and had a thoughtful non welded repair.

I’d like to use this post as a way to solicit help and show the progress of the resurrection!

Looks like a pin bore in the case, maybe there's a kicker gear or something that goes in there. Get on partzilla and look at the parts breakdown.
