125m cam options

Will the 110 atc cam work in a 125m head? Sorry if this is an obvious question but I searched and couldn't find much at all regarding the 125cc engine. Wanna use the Dr. Atv performance cam in this engine with a bigger carb and port/polish job.

No the 110 cam will not work in a 125m , timing is different .
WEB cams used to sell a performance cam for the 125m if your looking for an upgrade .

Thanks shortline! I assumed something was different or else someone would have already done it by now. I'll check into Web cams.
So if I were to do a cam, intake, exhaust, bigger carb and shave the head would the transmission stand up to the added power?

The 125m motors have a very restrictive head design so making extra HP is difficult .
I have done the Web cam and DG performance exhaust upgrades and it was a noticeable power increase .
Heads can’t be shaved because of the design , transmission will hold the power , the biggest manufacturer defect on that motor is the shift drum stopper boss that will break off if stressed !

Hmmmm. Could a 110 head be fitted with a little ingenuity? Just curious. Again, I'm still learning.

110 Head will not fit the 125.
