good deal?

my neighbor has a 1984 200x for sell but it needs two new rear tires, a clutch cable. a brake cable, a spark plug, and the fenders are cracked, at first he said $350 but then i drove him down to $200 and he said ok is this a good deal?

as in most cases... if the bikes runs.. and its under 300... sounds like a deal for any performance atc/atv...
