Does anyone know if there is a front axle and hub set up ( 4/110) that will fit the front of a 110? Tube bolt pattern on the 4 bolt 110 is a 4/130 we have 4/110 rims we would like to use if we could find a axle

Only bike I know of with a front 4x110 pattern is a 250es and 250sx
you might could graft on that hub to your axle shaft, IM not sure.
either way, you will have to make something work.

Maybe machine a 250ES hub to fit. Seem like the quicker route.

If the wheel has an offset, and the 250ES hub is wide enough, you may be able to machine it to compensate and use custom axle spacers to finish out any small difference. You're going to be using the 110 axle, so keep that in mind when doing the machine work. I think grinding off the welds for the brake drum mount should be easy enough to remove that from the hub, then you've got something of a blank slate.

Here's a bolt pattern webpage I found. It's showing mostly the rear patterns only for each machine, so for sport trikes with a different front pattern, it's inaccurate.

Hondaatc70.com sells a aftermarket aluminum 4/110 front hub for the 70's. You can machine the 110 axle 17mm @ three quarters across creating a locating shoulder on one side as the 70 uses 15mm ID bearings.
