Hi all... working on update #3 on ES Bogging issue.. Before i do, i wanted to ask ES owners... Is it NORMAL for the 250 ES to bog if the throttle is opened quickly/rapidly? I have received some PM's stating that its normal for the big red to bog under quick accel due to lack of acceleration system in carb.. I know the QA carb does not have an accel system, I know what an accel. system does..Just wondering if other big reds, with an oem QA carb experience this infamous bog, or not... Thanks..

All of the 250 big reds i have owned or rode did this. Those carbs simply dont like it. It sounds like you already understand why, so i don't think i need to explain it.

Yep, that an the SX both do it. Sometimes I use it as a kill switch lol.

I have a 200es with the same issue. Is it this a common problem in those as well?

Yeah mine would be the same if I stabbed it and held it on. She’s a workhorse not a speed demon haha
