My first ATC 110 with CDI ignition. I just put her together with all new seals and gaskets. However, I wasn't sure on the valves.

For timing I use the T mark.

For the valves do I also use the T? Or should I use the F mark?

Also does anyone know what the compression should be? After the rebuild I am getting 146psi. I have read that it should be anywhere from 100-196psi..

T to set valves , compression is fine at 146 .
Check it again after it’s warmed up , will probably show a bit higher .

Thank you sir! The youtube video I watched set them on the F... And thinking that is the reason she wont start..

F Mark is were it fires the spark on the flywheel .
Make sure you didn’t install the spark advancer 180 degrees out , pretty common for them to pull out when trying to remove it off the camshaft and then reinstall it wrong , has alignment dots .
