185s moves with no throttle

I am adjusting the carb on my 1983 185s because it would not idle. After adjusting, I got it to idle and sound nice, but now when I put it in gear it moves on its own without throttle. How do I fix?

Which screw is that and what way do I turn itIts on side of carb i beleive you have to back it out you will know when you turn it which way to go by if it idles higher or lower i usually screwed it in all the way then out 2 to 2 1/4turns and went from there

If your carb hasn't been cleaned recently, that should be your first step.

#9 is the idle adjustment screw, but you should also verify your idle/air mixture screw as well as the cable adjustment.

Your manual should have the procedure detailed in the carburetor section.
