Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my 200x rebuild journey with everyone. I started out with a worn out X that finally fried the rings to the point of no return. I actually asked for some engine support/options here on 3WW. I was lucky enough to have yaegerb respond that he would be interested in rebuilding my motor. After looking at his long list of positive feedback reviews and talking to him I knew he was the guy for me. So I pulled the motor and sent it his way.
The motor was completely torn down, inspected, and he basically replaced everything in the motor including the crank. We went with a Weisco Pro-lite 10.25-1 piston, webcam 340b cam, and all the details that my non-mechanic brain can't remember. I also had everything powder coated as well.

A new motor needs a new heart so I also sent my carb to him to revitalize it to new status.

Through this entire process I can't tell you how satisfied I have been working with Brendon. Having him catch things like a worn 3rd & 4th gear and recommending that my kick starter gear upgraded with the HD modification was extremely important to me. He knew my goal was to have a long lasting trail machine with a little extra grunt. I was also looking for a decent exhaust system and didn't want to settle for a DG. He reached out to Kenney Roberts (KR pipes) and he was glad to set me up with one of his fabricated exhaust systems. Here it is raw. It was sent out to get ceramic coated.

I installed everything and after I got though some on my screw ups (too embarrassing to write ) the machine fired up flawlessly. I was blown away that everything was so dead on. I'm now in the process of breaking in my machine properly and finishing up a few last things. Case saver, skid plates, plastics, headlight, etc.

In closing I wanted to give Brendon (Yaeger Performance Machines ) a huge shout out. I recommend him without hesitation. He's even been holding my hand after the fact to ensure my ATC is running the best it can. Thank you sir. I'll be sporting this sticker proudly! 263909
