i measured my cylinder and it's supposed to be at max, 66.44mm, but it's at 67.xxmm, so i think its already been re-sleeved. the piston has a small W with a circle around it on the under side, is this a woscoe symbol?? anyway if my cylinder is at 67.xx, pretty much a mm over size, what size rings should i get?im new to this stuff and suck with numbers, hope that made sense. any help would be great.

wait,if it was exactly 1mm over-bore, it would be .40 over right,? so i would need .40 over-rings for my piston?

The circled W is a Wiseco insignia. .040" = 1mm. Also, if you buff the carbon off the top of your piston it will give you a Wiseco part number for your piston which you can refernce to get rings. Make sure you get Wiseco rings if you have a Wiseco piston.

thank god somone replied! yeah i got the numbers off the top, but when i went to wiseco.com and checked there catalog my numbers were not there, it only had numbers for certain years 250r, cr, not incliduing 87. and the regular cr numbers did not match. i'll try some other places. thanks. i got this set of numbers though. 196e6, then below that-061mm, then below that-614p2.then OD and an arrow pointing down?
also i found a wiseco ring set at dennis kirk for my make at 67mm, my bore is 67.40.??
