83' 200x pulling to the right

Hi All,

One of 200x's -- I just got a new front tire put on - went from a 23.5 inch stock tire to a 23 inch Kenda tire. Nothing else changed. I can't seem to figure out why it pulls to the right pretty hard. Can the front forks get tweaked when you put the wheel back on?

I checked the front bolts and checked the rear swing-arm adjustments, and tried changing it, but no difference.

Is the tire centered between the forks? could you have mounted the hub on the wrong side?
check air pressure on the rear, make sure its the same. just encase.

I think I figured it out. It looked like the front wheel looked like offset to left side between the forks. I took it apart yesterday and my bearings looked bad too. I had to push the right hand side fork in a bit while tightening the axle bracket. The wheel spins freely when in the air, it feels better. Could the wheel bearings get pushed in too far?
