New tire issue.

Hey guys, my first time here..my question is has anyone ever bought new tires and after mounting 1 seems out of round...the tire is for my 85 200s 22x11x8...

Welcome. Yes it could be out of round. When you say that it's mounted, is it also inflated? Sometimes tires come in pretty disfigured for shipping purposes. Most of the time, they'll straighten out after inflating them.
