About Billet Items!

how many of you guys are running like billet wheels and axle housings or any other things on your bike. and can you tell me what they cost about? i hear they are quite spendy :D

Aftermarket Axle housings usually run about 180-240.. just depends on the brand. Wheel hubs, brake hubs, sprocket hubs vary so much by brand, its hard to give an estimate. But yes.. anything billet is usually pretty pricey. If it were cheap, every machine out there would have it.. lol

reason i ask is becuase i own a machine shop that my dad built to make some money but.. he died a coupple years ago and i was wondering if i would be able to start making like wheels or other things billet thats why i need to know some rough prices

Axle housings = 180-240
Gas caps = 50-70
stator covers = 80-300
tail light covers = 20-60
brake res. caps = 20-40
thumb throttle caps = 20-80
grab bars = 20-200
wheel hubs = 120-300
brake hubs = 80-200
sprocket hubs = 80-200
grips = 75-120

those are rough estimates.. depends on machine, size, design etc...
