250sx Rear fender on 250es??

New to this site... Working on my 1986 Honda 250es. I just swapped a 250sx front end on it. I am wondering if anyone has adapted a 250sx Rear fender and seat on a 250es or if it is possible... Want to know before I spend money on a fender...

While it could probably be done, it wouldn't be easy. They are two different designs. The rear SX fenders come off in one piece, while the ones on the ES come off separately.

I'm not too worried about making up brackets or anything to mount it, just want to know if it will physically fit on my frame, or if the frame is too wide for the fender
