The shifter is my own heel shifter creation. With my disability I can't get my foot under the shifter

Can you get a better picture of how you did the heel/toe shifter? Thats slick... I have been thinking the last few days how to do that on a 200 myself, my wife's that she will be riding. She has tiny feet and she doesn't have enough strength to downshift pulling it up. I thought about a heel/toe shifter but none of the ones i can find available would really fit on the 200 but your setup looks pretty simple.

I've always wanted to make a nicer one but just never got around to it. I also used that same shifter on a 350x I use to have.

Thanks for the closeup!! That's dead simple and i love it, and i got parts laying around i could cobble that up. I really like that solution, simple and easy and it can still be taken apart no problems. I thought about welding another arm going back to the stock shifter, similar to how you bolted it. Dug through my parts tonight, i got a few spare shifters, so i will put something together that works for her little feet!
