200x intake o-ring

Does anyone know the specs on the o-ring between the intake and head on an 84 200x (od- id - and thickness)?

O-ring (33.5x3.0)

This is the spec Honda gives out

is the 33.5 id or od?

If their is no inner or outer its probably the center measurement so just - and + 1.5mm

You can just measure your manifold and get the answer as well :)
