Oil debate

I'll be changing the oil in my 1981 185S. I'm pretty sure factory specs are 10w-40, but I'm wondering if I should replace it with synthetic. If anyone has switched over to synthetic please let me know what grade and brand you've used.

The clutches don’t do well with synthetic oil on the early Honda semi auto trannys IMO .
Just buy Honda GN4 10w-40
