Please verify : 250R 350X 200X - need help

Does anyone know what the differences are up front on Honda's sport trikes? What I mean is - are forks, triple trees, front hubs, axles, brake components all compatible?? I have a 200X triple tree with forks, and a 350x triple tree. The 200X forks don't fit in the 350X triple tree (200X froks are a smaller diameter. Is there anything else different about these 3 machines???? I am fitting a 200X front end on my Big Red and came to this problem (that Ididn't know about before). Also, my triple tree has a bolt in the back holding in the steering stem. The 350X steering stem is pressed in. Is this determined by year or are all of them like that??? Any input will help me with this rebuild.

I have decided to go to the local shop and buy a whole new front end - triple tree, forks, wheel, tire, hub, axle, brakes, the whole nine yards. I seem to have too many miss matched parts laying around that don't all fit together and I want to do this conversion the right way.
