I have an old c clamp style that....kinda works. It’s a pain in the azz though.
I bought two different other ones, both the T shaped style with the two claws that hold the spring.
They suck donkey.

What valve spring compressor actually works in the tight confines of these Honda heads? One that won’t make you angry enough to murder homeless people!!

I have a bunch of different compressors but in tight spaces this style works great with the different size adapters .
A pencil magnet for removing the keepers and a magnetic screwdriver for installing the keepers .

Hell yea. I was going to say something about making adapters like the ones in the kits but for that price just buy it you couldn’t make it for $16

I use the same compressor Shortline. Can’t beat them for the price!
