Off idle bog.

All right guys need a starting point here and I know this has been discussed before but searching old threads is a pain imo.
What we have is a bored and stroked 90, running a mikuni VM 22 carb with a full race cam.
The trike has a serious bog off idle when cracking the throttle wide open. Tried slide cutaway, Needle those don't help so I'm down to jets I believe. It's running a 100 main and 30 pilot. Any suggestions here? 1/4 - top end is perfect just can't get the snap at low end throttle opening.

How many turns out is the fuel screw at?

Out of curiosity I just tried a 20mm mikuni. Now I have good off idle throttle, no stumble but no fuel on 3/4 throttle on up went from a 90 main up to a 160, no difference. I suspect some of that might be bowl fuel level set to low
