Hey I might be able to pick on up for fairly cheap like $200CND so this is what is wrong. The tires have dry rot, the pipe has been patched and needs to be patched, they owned it since 86 and never done anything with the engine, it has been sitting for that last 3 years, needs carb work, plastic is good.. what do you think ???

Hows the power for these, how about we compare it to a ytm225 or a honda 200. Are they wheelie machines? and a top speed ??

PLK, do you think you could do the clutch thing with this too?

I had one and loved it. Mine was an 83. They wheelie like crazy and are very snappy. A really fun little machine.

When I got mine my best friend had a Honda 185S and the Tri-Moto would blow it away. He traded the 185S for a 200X and then he was only a little bit faster. Once I added a DG pipe and a larger carb he couldn't hang with me as long as we were on smooth dirt - the Tri Moto is a hard tail.

Top speed it probably in the mid-50 mph range. I had a buddy ride next to me on a dirt road and his beat up Ford pickup read 57 mph.

Go for it!

Sounds like a great deal... dont worry about it sitting around for a while, im used to buying trikes that have sitted for around ten years and they are usually a peice of cake to put back on track. For the tires you can always put tubes inside, and the carb(if it doesnt run to smooth) just let it sit in carb cleaner over night. TriMoto are pretty tufff and quite fast for allaround machines. I have a YTM200 and it top off at 95km/h, with no mods at all. I wish you good riding!

hey does anyone have any rear end shots of it with the rear fenders off? I would liketo see how hard it would be to create a rear shock set up.
