This exhaust is on a 90 a guy bought by the DaM shop today. Can someone help identify? Whoever mounted this did a fine job perfect routing, bracket is in the correct location and there dosent appear to be any welds connecting the head pipe and tail piece. :crazy:

I believe I have that same pipe out in the garage and I never could figure out who the manufacturer was. Really well-made and wasn't very loud.

It reminds me of the "stock" Bassani pipe. They made two versions. A "stock" and a "hp".

Joseph is right, there is two versions. The Bassani Regular which is a stock replacement and the HP high performance model which is larger in diameter and more aggressive. I have both, and the HP for the ATC125M, and that one looks somewhat like the regular version.

Looks like the trail version of the Bassani to me as well .

When I first saw this I was going to guess the Bassani brand too, but I know so little about them I didn't chime in.

@DAM Shop

Do you mind if I use your photos on my site? If I can collect enough info/photos I'd like to make a post per machine for the aftermarket exhausts that were available. I can give you credit or link to this thread if you want in the area where I put the photos.

@Joseph Farrow

Anyway I could get a scan of that paper, or photos of the rest of it? I like to collect little things like that. I have a copy of the 350x Goki instructions and they ended up being useful when I was helping someone with one of those kits.

No problem no credit needed.

These chrome ones are MAC pipes, never before seen by me, pretty rare. They are still in business just not making pipes for ATC anymore.
I also have another bassani but not as beefy as this one.

Those MAC pipes are pretty neat, do you happen to know their machine application (atc90 & 110?). Looks like a unique mounting system on the exhaust section, any photos of the other part of it that goes in that groove? If/when I make the post, I want the photos to be accurate for the machine it's listed for to better help ID things and be less to dig though if it was generic info to cover all models.

Anyway, thanks for letting me use the photos. I always find it interesting looking at aftermarket exhausts to see how they were made and such.

Wow those were for the three wheel honda atc we also made the 185 from the 80's.

PS2 this was from a reply email from tech support at
Mac performance when I asked if they could tell me anything about that pipe.

Cool stuff, the actual part number is neat to know xD. I'll type it out here so if someone is searching for it, likely this thread will pop up on google. 0012124

I'll add the note about the 185, I'd assume that means the 200 too, don't they use the same exhaust (mounting point wise at least)?

I wouldn't mind getting images and such of the aftermarket frames too. That's a bit of an area I know very little about though.

Haha, how in the world did I mix up the two last numbers, maybe it's just from looking at the photo sideways and my brains were falling out xD.

I picked this up the other night I thought I would add it here. This is another 90/110 bassani pipe, a little smaller diameter head pipe and muffler style then the others.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20191003/d6bb46a7a73bb71d56efd4822c862833.jpg
