Welp, I'm back again. This time my 110 is running really rough at low RPM's. Once it gets to midrange and up...its fine. I have to set the idle up very high and it pops crackles and misses when it is idling. Also, when it is decellerating from a WOT run it pops and crakcles ALOT. I know its not the timing so I'm open to any suggestions other than that. BTW, I know the rockers are supposed to have side-to-side play, but how much? Thanks for the help

Try cleaning out your pilot jet.
Mine was doing that and I took out the pilot jet and cleaned and it ran better. Have you tried playing with the air screw?

Yeah, I messed with the air screw for like an hour with no luck. I'll pull the carb tomorrow and let it set in carb cleaner overnight. This is the 3rd time  :D

Ok, well I think I figured out the problem... low compression because of a blown head gasket or just needs retorqued. I can hear a lot of air coming from the base of the cylinder and it has almost no resistance when pulling it.

It has a lot of air from the bottom of the cylider? Or the top, between the head?

I can't hear exactly where its coming from, but i'm about 90% sure its at the bottom of the cylinder and not between the head.

If its coming from the bottom, then either it should have compression, since the compression is made in the top of the cylinder, or you have massive blow-by.
