I’m wanting opinions on what connecting rod people have used with good results so far I’ve found 2 options. I’ve also heard that an XR200 rod will work can anyone confirm this?

xr200 is the same.

there's OEM rods out there yet or repos. Not sure I trust a repo rod.

repo https://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-ATC200X-ATC200E-ATC200S-ATC200M-ATC185S-TRX-200-ENGINE-CONNECTING-ROD-KIT/132796313207?hash=item1eeb46ee77:g:qx4AAOSwCZ5VfCj w:rk:4:pf:1&frcectupt=true

OEM https://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-13201-446-770-ROD-CONNECTING/303004041069?fits=Model%3AATC200X%7CMake%3AHonda&epid=1639973500&hash=item468c72bf6d:g:G4MAAOSwLdxZ5Ms1:rk:6:pf:0

weisco promodes the use of PRO-x rods on their site under the 200x 83-85 bike. Id trust a pro-x rod. because i have personally used on on a 14.5:1 raptor 660r motor.

the two you provided are cheap chineese repo's. In that case I'd choose OEM if your rod is bent or worn. For the same price I'd upgrade to a new aftermarket rod per below: You just need to search harder with parts the engine builders use.
